Errand and Concierge Service University™ (ECSU™), is the brainchild of Angel Wilder who started her Concierge Training Program in 2001. She is the owner of Angel At Your Service, which was featured in the June 2006 issue of Parents Magazine as well as having articles in the Wall Street Journal, Whittier Daily News, Life in the USA, and the International Concierge and Errand Association (ICEA) newsletter. Her best selling book, Starting Your Own Errand Or Concierge Service, is well noted and respected as a premiere source of information for those who seek a career in the errand and concierge profession.

In addition, thousands of clients around the world, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Aruba, Croatia, Singapore, Ireland, Puerto Rico, England, and many other countries, have purchased her industry related products since 1999. She received a degree in Entrepreneurship from Fullerton College in Southern California.

After looking for ways to train students who wanted to start an errand or concierge business without having to travel, Angel created ECSU™ as an online email course. Angel met Danette Moss, owner of LAD Concierge Group, Live Life Outsource The Rest, and author of the e-book, So You Say You Want To Be A Concierge?, at an industry conference in 2004. It was there that they formed a strong alliance to bring ECSU™ to students live.

Danette, whose reputation is highly regarded in her area, was personally asked by a company, which manages upscale apartment communities for high income tenants, to come in and revamp their entire concierge system. In addition, she has offered her services to major companies located within the tenant area of Atlanta Marriott Marquis. She also operates as a call center for Sophia’s Shopping Service and has recently taken over their entire list of residential clients. After receiving numerous requests to take ECSU™ around the country, Angel and Danette went live to various locations in 2005 including Chicago, Baltimore, Atlanta, Kansas City, and Santa Clara. In 2007, Angel and Danette kicked ECSU up another notch by adding two day and one day Target classes.

The ECSU™ seminars will train hundreds of attendees in four days of a highly intensive boot camp style training. This seminar will teach the fundamentals of what it takes to be the optimum errand or concierge business.
